Noise: We use a county required noise monitor to ensure we do not violate quiet hours from 10pm-7am on the back patio.

Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. Misuse resulting in clogged pipes will incur a $250 repair fee.

Security Cameras: Ring Camera at Front facing front driveway and the playground area for the safety reason.

Smoking: Not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of the patio. $100 cleaning fee for cigarette butts and $500 fee for smoking indoors.

During your stay, you may encounter local wildlife such as jackrabbits, quail, roadrunners, coyotes, or other desert animals. While encounters with snakes, scorpions, bobcats, or other wildlife are uncommon, it is important to remain aware of your surroundings and observe all animals from a safe distance. Be mindful of leaving doors open or you may invite a critter inside.

Please also be aware of native desert plants, including cacti and other sharp vegetation found throughout the landscape.

For your comfort and safety, we recommend wearing appropriate footwear outdoors, especially after dark, and using a flashlight when walking around the property at night.
