"Our stay was mostly good with some confusion tossed in. There weren’t enough towels for the four of us, but that was resolved fairly quickly with brand new towels. It was unclear as to who was supposed to be dumping the “tank” and where to empty the trash. It’s a decent trailer, in a convenient location and very reasonable. After an unexpected change in our previously arranged lodging, and despite the confusion, I’m glad it was there!"

"We LOVED this property, the ranch house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Our host Bill was great, he had great suggestions for activities and sight seeing. We enjoyed watching the 2 horses and the cattle meandering in the meadows just outside the ranch house. My wife and I with our 2 beagles spent 5 great days here, much of our time was spent on the ranch hiking and exploring the meadows, creeks, ponds and forests FANTASTIC VIEWS in every direction. "Everyone enjoyed the time we had at this property--very clean, all the amenities we needed, enjoyed its historical connection and associated family artifacts, the area felt very peaceful & relaxing, and saw a variety of wildlife around & near the property. "We stayed here to celebrate my son‘s graduation from SOU. The kitchen was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, and the view was incredible! The drive was about 15 minutes outside of Ashland, which for us worked just fine. We had six grown adults in our party. Two couples and two singles, which was perfect with one adult sleeping on a couch. More and it would’ve been very close quarters and difficult sleeping. I would highly recommend for the views alone!"

"This is a magical property. The grounds are gorgeous. And the house is comfortable and charming, with creative touches throughout. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. There’s even a sweet cat named Mittens who comes by to visit and hang out on the porch. The home could be further improved by more counter space in the bathroom. Otherwise it’s perfect. We plan on staying again! "
