  • This light filled loft has all the luxury feel of a Downtown Chicago loft with 10 foot ceilings, large windows and exposed brick! You will enjoy cooking in the brand new kitchen and cleanup is easy with a full sized dishwasher! Just steps from Hyperion Coffee, Sidetrack, Aubree’s pizza and so many other great spots! This loft is a brand new space set in a historic building that was originally a hotel in 1839, then barracks used for the civil war in 1862. Amazing history!

A very comfortable, attractive two bedroom with an ample living/dining open plan. It was clean and well supplied with housekeeping basics. I do love a VRBO that provides wine glasses! The apartment is in a historic building in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. There are several restaurants within two blocks as well as interesting antique stores and a couple of small museums.

This is our go-to place when visiting family in Ypsilanti. Walking distance to coffee places, restaurants, and a wonderful co-op. The loft is well-appointed and clean.

We were in the area for our daughter's graduation and this was the perfect place to relax and get a good night's sleep before we moved her out of her apartment the next day. There are restaurants, a food coop and a coffee shop within walking distance too!

Everything was great! Beautiful and clean loft with everything you need for stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Stores are close by in case you need anything as well as lots of places to enjoy food and drink.

We had the best stay here. Located in a cool part of town that was walkable from the apartment. My wife and I had a fun time exploring the area. Communication from the host was great and directions for check in and out were very clear. We will be staying here again next time we are in town.
