"Premier Family Room. 2 nights stay. Room is clean and spacious enough for 3 adults. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out process are fast. Will stay here again if i intend to stay near Ximending, Taipei. I timed the walking duration to Ximen Metro station Entrance No. 2 from the hotel. Took 10min. "We stayed for six nights - we only planned for four but the staff was so welcoming we added two more. Clean rooms, free snacks and bottled water, coffee and tea. The hotel is on the top floors of retail, restaurants and movie theatres so there’s sometimes a wait but it moves quickly. Shout out to Sping, Jack, Jerry and Tommy for making our stay so comfortable, as well as the housekeeping staff. Definitely recommend."
