  • Located in the newly developing area of Yorkton, this newly renovated property will have everything you need for your stay in Yorkton. The master bedroom features a queen bed and is decorated in a modern and comfortable style. The other two bedrooms each have a single bed. The living area has comfortable seating and television with cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay like coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, glassware and many other kitchen accessories. The bathroom has been redone in a beautiful modern finished with towels included in your stay.

    You will have access to a washer and dryer.

    A wifi code will be provided.

Amazing stay for our family!

The first thing I noticed was how clean the condo was! Brand new, updated finishings. Huge space for my family! We were very comfortable here and the manager was very easy to communicate with and also very accommodating! I would definitely stay here again.

Suited my needs for a work deployment. Liked being on the ground floor with sliding door access to outside. Only about 1 day of supplies. Could be noisy sometimes but quiet for the most part. Price was reasonable.

Nice place

It was easy to rent, a nice clean modern interior. The child upstairs is growing and a bit noisier running around. Nice neighbors in the building too. Good location close to mall and highways.

Very nice place!!!

The apartment was perfect and everything that it states in the add. Tanya was very accommodating and very helpful. The people upstairs are very loud , but all in all it was a Great place to stay at and I would definitely stay there again next time.

Loud but clean

Easy check in. Clean apartment. Cold and thermostat wasn’t working. Super loud people above us. Comfy beds and beautiful space. Owner wants you to take out garbage but not sure to where as it wasn’t indicated. 80 buck cleaning fee to boot! Owner was hard to get a hold of. Messaged twice and still no reply.

Very nice place, convenient to go anywhere.

The place is new, with all new appliances. A washer and dryer which is so handy. Good parking. It is very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. The upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy not loud voices just walking across the floor. If you need anything the host answers quickly. I will definately stay there again

Clean and well apportioned.

This property is as advertised - it is clean, well organized, and the kitchen is well apportioned. (But no corkscrew?!) The footsteps and conversations in the condo above were audible every evening, but such is life on the first floor. Communications about access to the site and access to amenities at the site (e.g., wi-fi, heat) would significantly improve the overall experience.

Stayed 3-nights. Well appointed, well stocked and immaculate. We cooked each day and always found the utensil we required. All of our needs were met and more. Highly recommend.
