"The hosts are incredibly lovely and clearly take pride in the property. They are available from 3:00 p.m. to Midnight, so keep that window in mind for your arrival. "Ive stayed her 3 times in the last few months and each time there were groups of teen teams here, so if you want to use the pool then you will be sitting in there with very loud, unrespectful teens. Not once could i enjoy a night time hot tube. Very disappointing. Staf was amazing, breakfast was good. But i do rewlquest that the porperty has an adult "quirt" hour at night so we can enjoy a hottub without screaming kids and splashes in the face by these kids."

"Brand new hotel in City Centre Surrey, close to Surrey Memorial Hospital, Guildford Mall, and easy access to the highway. It was clean and high quality because it was new. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, they said every 3 days, but you can request it.
Buffet breakfast was decent (the usual with scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast/bagel, cereals, etc). Gym was good, beautiful views. Rooftop patio was beautiful with the fire on at night."

"We didn’t understand the parking situation so we ended up paying instead of getting a voucher but it all worked out. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. The building secure with a keypad check in. The only drawback which was not the fault of the hotel was some road noise and the many trains going thru at night. The window air conditioner worked well. We enjoyed sitting on the patio at the bar next door and siping our delicious cocktails. "
