"It was a lovely little cottage, had everything we could need. Staff were also very helpful. very comfortable place. We enjoyed our stay very much. However the mattresses were a bit hard but that made little difference. We still slept well 😊 would recommend! "

"We had such a lovely 2 night stay here! The lodge was in pristine condition, with all necessities like tea, coffee, milk. The hot tub was ready for us to get in. There were plenty of useful extras like iron, travel cot, hairdryers, plenty of toilet rolls. There was an en-suite with shower and a family bathroom too. The lounge was spacious and the tv in the lounge and bedroom had channels and internet access for using Netflix, YouTube, etc. The lodge is tastefully decorated and very cosy. The...

"We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small. "

"The house is in a good location and quiet residential area, on street parking was never a problem, always a space. We did have an issue with the cleaning, which was rectified quite quickly. There is room for improvement in some areas which I have highlighted to the owners. "

"Lovely bank holiday stay for the first time in this beautifully decorated property. Cottage had everything we needed for our stay with lots of extras provided we weren't expecting which made it extra nice such as welcome food and drink, toileteries, maps and leaflets for the area, etc. Lovely garden with sunny seating area. No noise from neighbours, despite being joined both sides, and lovely walks straight from property. Lots to do in the local area. Would recommend this as a great place to...

"Older area with a 15 minute walk into central York. We felt it was good vakue. The stairs are quite steep which could be challenging for some guests. "

"A lovely modern house, well appointed and very comfortable, welcoming and helpful host, lovely, peaceful setting near ox-bow lake, well situated for trips around Yorkshire, a very enjoyable stay. "
