Good sized apartment, spotlessly clean, very comfy bed. Really quiet considering on a busy road. On street parking, few around the property. Location out of town but cheap uber or a decent walk away. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

A lovely place to stay 😀 Tea, coffee, sugar and milk appreciated for a cuppa as soon as we arrived. A comfy bed and great shower. Shops and pubs just down the road plus free WiFi

The property is on the ground floor with about 3 steps to the door itself, check in was a breeze with a lockbox and codes provided for entry into the building. The flat is located 5-7mins from The centre of York and the taxis into the centre are all reasonably priced. The flat was clean and tidy and even had some milk in the fridge for a cuppa to save a walk to the shops. Parking is directly outside the flat with no issues to find a space. Only niggle on a great stay was the doors having a life of their own so maybe some doorstops provided. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and we’ll try to book again

The property works for the purpose of my visit to York. It is clean and comfortable, and literally minutes to my son’s rental. The landlord was very helpful and easily contactable for minor issues. The property is at a quiet position where it’s not facing the main road. The bus into the city centre was literally at door step so very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Will use it again for future visit to my son and would recommend it to friends who want to visit York.

A few little changes would make this brilliant

Good location (about 1.5mile walk from the centre) and felt very safe. Quiet area, ground floor flat so you hear people come and go every so often but nothing more. A few good takeaways and pub serving food close by and a one stop shop for essentials. The flat itself needed "a woman's touch" as my husband pointed out, both decor wise and usability!! It felt manly, batchelor-pad like, which is fine. The mattress is definitely not memory foam as stated, very very soft and lumpy springs, just a preference thing. Overall quite clean but lots of cobwebs over the high bedroom ceiling and old thick dust falling from the doorway in the bathroom, just needed a more thorough scrub. Didn't have hot water the 1st night as the water pump had been accidentally switched off before we arrived, and WiFi didn't work. Overall we'd stay again as it's great to have a whole apartment and great communication from Samuel to sort any issues.
