The Space:

Knavesmire Cottage sleeps up to 10 guests across two first floor bedrooms as below:



-1 family bedroom containing two double beds and one single bed

Also on the first floor is a bathroom containing a bath, separate shower cubicle, W/C and basin. A shower room containing a shower cubicle, W/C and basin can be found on the ground floor as well as a separate W/C and basin. The ground floor is also home to a spacious kitchen-dining area with separate lounge.



Patio doors from the lounge lead to the vast shared lawn space and expansive shared patio where you will find a hot tub (max. 8 people) exclusively for the use of guests of Knavesmire Cottage.



Pets are welcome at a charge of 30 GBP extra.

Your stay at Knavesmire Cottage provides you with private access to the full house, designed to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Inside, you have exclusive use of the ground floor kitchen and lounge, as well as the two bedrooms and bathroom facilities located on the first floor. Outside, guests have access to a vast shared lawn and a large patio area. Within this outdoor space, you will find a private hot tub dedicated solely to your group for a relaxing experience. Free onsite parking is available for your convenience throughout your stay.

Check in time is from 15 00 and check out time is 11 00. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property. We are happy to welcome your pets to stay with you for an additional charge of 30 GBP per pet. The hot tub is for the exclusive use of guests staying at Knavesmire Cottage and has a maximum capacity of 8 people. Free onsite parking is available for your convenience throughout your stay.
