The Space:

Jorvik Cottage sleeps up to 14 guests. Bedroom layouts are as follows:



On the ground floor there is:



-1 double bedroom



Plus:



-3 single sofa beds located across the snug room and lounge



On the first floor there are two bedrooms:



-1 family bedroom containing one double bed and two single beds



-1 family room containing one double bed and three single beds



The property has one bathroom on the first floor containing a bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and W/C. On the ground floor there is one shower room containing a shower cubicle, basin, and W/C. The ground floor is also home to a kitchen-dining area with a separate lounge.



Patio doors in both the lounge and kitchen-dining area lead to the vast shared lawn space and expansive shared patio where you will find a hot tub (max. 8 people) exclusively for the use of guests of Jorvik Cottage.



Pets are welcome at a charge of 30 GBP extra.

You will have private use of the two bathrooms located on the ground and first floors. Outside, you have direct access to the expansive shared grounds and patio area, where you can unwind in the private hot tub, which is reserved exclusively for the guests of Jorvik Cottage. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

To ensure a smooth stay at Jorvik Cottage please note our check in time is from 1500 and check out is by 1100. We offer free parking on the premises for your convenience. Please be aware that while we are a pet friendly property a charge of 30 GBP applies for bringing pets. The hot tub is for the exclusive use of our guests with a maximum capacity of 8 people at any one time. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. As we are located in a rural setting we recommend arriving by car for the easiest access to the city of York.
