"Our stay in this delightful Shoehouse 14-!6 July 2025 was certainly a memorable relaxing treat. You have certainly thought of and met our every need. Beds comfortable, ac adjustable, linens plentiful---even make-up removable cloths. Loved the former ice cream parlor downstairs area (where I had enjoyed previously) as we played board games with tea and Keurig coffees and the convenience of yet another bathroom there. "Overall, excellent rental. The location is wonderful (walking distance to hershey museum and several restaurants and shops). While walking times are listed for hershey world and hershey park, you can't actually walk to them. The drive is about 10 minutes. You could walk to zoo America. Check in was easy and the host accommodated our earlier than expected arrival. Only improvement I can recommend would be a new mattress or add a supportive mattress topper in the adult bedroom. "The host was a fabulous communicator, and obviously wanted our stay to be everything we were hoping it to be. It was! The accommodations were perfect for our 9 family members 2 dogs. Kitchen items that were thoughtfully provided included coffee pods, coffee mate, spices, in addition to the plentiful dishes and flatware. "

"We’re a family of 6 and had an amazing weekend stay here while visiting Hershey Park! The penthouse apartment was very clean and accommodated us perfectly, with two bunk beds for our four kids 10 and under, and the queen bed for my husband and I, a full kitchen with cooking supplies, smart TV, and full bathroom. Cheaper and nicer than hotels! Lots of cute shops and places to get food just a block or two away, the restaurant Fennicci’s below the apartments was very nice too. 10/10 will definitely...

"Our stay was short but had everything we needed. The inside of the home was precious. Owners have thought through all you would need. Stairs are very steep making luggage hard to get up there but we knew that going in and it did not hinder our stay. Would definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful house and property. Well stocked bathrooms with lotions, toothpaste, toothbrushes, creams and even bath robes in the master bath. Plenty of big towels. Kitchen had all modern appliances. Coffee beans and grinder! So much more! Bottles of water and two bowls of candy were left for us and very much appreciated. The host was readily available and helpful. A definite 10!"

"The place was nice and neat with all modern finishes. The two bedrooms had nice large beds with tvs and the kitchen was nice and new. The owner lives upstairs and lives there so being aware of the living situation is important but if you’re looking for a great view, location and place to stay that’s quiet and well appointed, this is it!"

"This property was very charming. It was easy to find and parking was right behind it with a reserved space. Everything was very clean. We really liked that there were ceiling fans in most of the rooms even with the air conditioning available. The owner was very quick to respond to messages through the VRBO app. We did not have any issues with our stay. Plus, I grew up close by, and the best part of our stay was being able to walk across the street to my favorite ice cream shop! "

"Such a cozy cabin. The area is so peaceful, it was great to spend the morning sitting in the window watching the forest and nearby creek. The lighting makes everything feel warm and cozy too. The windows in the bedroom let in a lot of nice sunlight. The stairs are a little steep, but not too bad once you get the hang of them. "
