"숙소는 정말 좋았는데 샤워기 수압이 너무 약하고 주차장이 협소하고 특히 엘리베이터는 문제예요 많이 불편했어요 주차장이나 엘베는 쉽게 수정이 안될 시설의 문제이니 당장은어쩔수 없지만 샤워기 수압은 바로 고치셨음 좋겠어요"

최고의 속초숙소, 예쁜뷰
"최고의 호텔이었어요. 객실도 깨끗하고 침대도 너무 편했는데 특히 3층 테라스 시설이 너무 좋았어요. 호수뷰 바라보며 저녁에 맥주 한잔할수 있고, 포장음식 편하게 먹을수 있어서 너무 좋았네요. 가족여행 숙소로 추천합니다. 다만 주차장이 만차라 바로 앞 공용주차장에 주차해야 되는 점이 조금아쉬웠어요."
