This beautiful home is located on the outskirts of Yerseke in a residential neighborhood with a natural setting. The home offers plenty of space and is ideal for families with children.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, and toaster. In the living room, you can enjoy an interactive TV, comfortable seating, and—not to be overlooked—a cozy corner sofa where you can relax.
On the first floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds); on the second floor, there is another spacious bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub. In addition to the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, the house also has a washer and dryer in the utility room.
The property features a beautifully landscaped garden with a patio; patio furniture and a barbecue are provided so you can enjoy the outdoors in peace and quiet. The residential neighborhood where the house is located has a public playground with various play structures; there is also a small sports field with goals and other amenities.

If you’d like to explore, there’s plenty to do in the area. For example, you can take a beautiful walk along the water or through the expansive Yerseke Moer nature reserve. You can also rent a bike or scooter at the Tourist Shop in Yerseke and take a trip along the coastal dikes, past blooming fruit orchards, and through one of the oldest polder landscapes in the Netherlands: the Zak van Zuid-Beveland. A visit to the Oosterschelde Museum, where you can learn more about Yerseke as a mussel-fishing village, is also well worth your time.

In short, everything is nearby, there’s always something to see, plenty of space, and the Oosterschelde right on your doorstep.
