Thoughtfully designed for couples, solo travelers, remote workers, or small families. This bright and airy apartment is ideal for a relaxed yet connected Yerevan experience. Located in a brand-new building on Verin Antarain Street, peaceful yard side.

● The Bedroom
The cozy bedroom features a plush king-size bed (180x200), blackout curtains, and soft lighting to guarantee restful nights.

● The Living room
The artsy living room includes a sofa-bed for additional guests, surrounded by creative decor and natural light from the windows.

● The Kitchen
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials including a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware – perfect whether you are preparing a homey breakfast or a light dinner.

● The Balcony
Step outside to a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine.

Guests have full access to all parts of the apartment, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.

- Guests can request additional linens in advance (before booking) if someone will sleep on the sofa-bed (an additional 'linen' charge will apply), allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four people comfortably.
- For stays longer than 20 days, we provide a complimentary fresh linen and towel change on the 10th day.
- Early check-in and late check-out are not included in the reservation. They may only be possible upon request and depend on the availability of the apartment, based on the reservations before and after your stay.
- The sofa-bed is made of two firm and comfortable mattresses (100x200 cm each), providing a proper bed-like sleep experience for guests.
- Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
- A lockbox makes check-in simple.
- The building is new, and while most neighbors have moved in, occasional daytime renovation may occur (strictly not allowed after 6 PM or on Sunday).
- Though there may be light dust in the balcony due to nearby finished construction, the space remains peaceful and pleasant.

▪Smoking: We'd kindly ask to not smoke/vape inside the apartment. If smoke is detected, a deep cleaning fee (around $200) may apply just to make sure it’s fresh for the next guest.
▪Gatherings: While you're welcome to enjoy the space fully, please keep it cozy, the apartment isn’t suited for parties or loud get-togethers. We simply want to keep things calm for our lovely neighbors.
▪Furniture: If you happen to move any furniture, we’d be grateful if you could return it to its original spot before checkout. In cases where extra resetting will be needed, a $50 service fee may apply.
