"I rented a suite for three people and there were no sheets for the sofa bed or towels. Very limited service for a 4-star hotel. A second room also lacked towels. The hotel is showing its age."

"The facility overall is very very good. We were here for a wedding and stayed two nights. The rooms are spacious and the shower is fantastic. My only (minor) complaints would be the room was very very warm and that the bar is incredibly expensive. Would recommend 👌"

"Pros: Lovely room High quality accomodation Friendly staff at check in and in the health centre Cons: The balcony area could of been cleaned ready for our arrival -bird poo and cob webs everywhere. There was no mirror in the room apart from in the bathroom cabinet, therefore very difficult to dry ..."
