"We requested non-smoking room. Room was very clean and no bad smell. Smelled a bit of cigarette smoke near the elevator but overall the hallway smelled clean. Building shows its age but appeared to be well kept. Front desk was quite busy when we checked in, but Desmond S was very friendly and efficient, explained key amenities and services well. He made our check-in extremely easy and pleasant. Housekeeping and lobby staff were very friendly as well. As we tried to figure out the self-checkout...
