"We had booked a Comfort Double, non smoking room we found the room clean, small & comfortable you might need to move a few things around to make it more spacious but that is the same in most rooms of that size in Japan. The shower looks a bit weird looking but once you know how to work it, it was fantastic. The Hotel is a easy 15 minute walk from the train station and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The only negative thing was I found the breakfast area a...

"This was our second stay at this property. It’s a lovely hotel with well-designed, comfortable rooms and a spectacular shower and bathtub. The complimentary beverages in both the room and lobby are also a nice touch.
Despite booking seven months in advance and arriving early on check-in day, we received a disappointing room assignment. Our ground-floor room smelled strongly of mould. No alternative room was available, so we had to sleep with the patio door open for fresh air both nights....

"We stayed in the twin deluxe room. The room was spacious and had a little bit larger refrigerator, which was great for fitting taller or larger bottles. The in room laundry was wonderful. The location is good, with sightseeing spots within walking distance (plus very close to the bus station too for farther away locations). We were able to adjust the in room temperature to our comfort.
The beds were so-so. The mattress wasn't rock hard, but it was very thin, so thin that it felt rigid due to...

"The room was immaculate. It has everything I need. Laundry is at the 2nd floor which washers that can be paid by coin or through the app. Soap was free. This area is centralized so it is easy to walk around (15 minutes) to samurai district or kenrokuen garden. Bus stop and train station is also walking distance. There are izakayas near the hotel that was also walking distance. Kudos to the staff Tomatsu and the guy I believe his name is Khadil. They were very helpful and kind with me, I will...

"What is good about the hotel: location - able to walk to most touristic attractions or a very short taxi ride, very clean, the public bath was spotless, the staff do almost anything to make your stay more pleasant, the room small and yet very comfortable and quiet. Overall, a great experience. I did not try the breakfast."

"The hotel was in a great location, right by Omicho Market and only 10 to 20 minutes walk from the various historical districts in Kanazawa. It's also close to multiple shrines, the castle, and the Kenroku-en Gardens. When I told a staff member that I wanted to do a day trip to Yamanaka Onsen, they gave me some tips on getting there. Also, the cafe is delightful. I tried their ginger latte and thoroughly enjoyed it!
One thoughtful touch was that there were umbrellas we could borrow when the...
