"Lisa and Samuel were gracious hosts. Transportation was arranged, and the driver arrived right on time to pick my husband and me up later that day. After a long flight, I needed medication for a cold. Samuel walked me to a pharmacy where he explained to the pharmacist what I needed. Additional cooking utensils were required and were promptly brought over. Access to the train station through the basement was excellent! The location was 20 to 30 minutes from all the attractions we wanted to see...

"Bra hotell! Moderne og ganske nytt. Store rom. Bra treningsrom og basseng. Godt renhold. Restaurant med god og rimelig priset frokost- og middagsbuffet. Liten lobbybar der bartenderen laget utmerket Dry Martini! Større kjøpesenter få hundre meter unna med flere spisesteder, supermarked, apotek. Metrostasjon like ved supermarkedet!"

"We stayed there for 13 days. The first 9 days were awesome—great service, perfect location, and a good price! So, we decided to extend our stay by 4 more days. That’s when the problems started. During our first 9 days, the hotel was busy. But after the large tourist groups left, the hotel began turning off the air conditioning at night for the next 3 nights. "One of the receptionist made the payment not correct and not proactive to introduce restaurant, while others are friendly and proactively to introduce. When checking out, the receptionist is too busy and the hotel only arrange one more staff to help. The breakfast staff also made wrong order and didn’t have meal ready until we asked, however the restaurant dons out and cook noodles for us for free. Mix feeling of the service. The hardware is overall good."

"Nice hotel to overnight at the night before your morning flight if your flight leaves terminal 2. We were given a flight crew room which has no windows. We liked it because no light came through the curtains or any outside noises. Went through the terminal 1 security check. We made the error that our flight was from terminal 1.
