"It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food"

"Great location,walking distance to mall road and all eateries, markets. Courteous and helping staff. Very friendly and accommodating.Very good food, great breakfast. Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, whether at the front desk or the housekeeping. The room was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. "Great room and friendly staff. A bit hard to get to when travelling to and from Library Chowk. Driver is fast and efficient when dropping you off to places, but he’s your only option as Taxi/Uber are not allowed to drive down Pall Mall after 8pm, unless you have a private driver or chaffeur from another establishment. Great facilities. Would recommend for slightly experienced travellers."

"Do not book this hotel. Pictures on Expedia are misleading. This hotel is in very bad shape. This hotel is falsely overrated on Expedia. Horrible room condition. Found bugs and cockroaches. No heater or hot water in bathroom. Very noisy and worst linens."
