"小さな子供連れ家族が多く、夕食朝食とも子供の泣き声のうるさいことには閉口した。またブッフェの慌ただしさ、割り込みなどのマナーの無い客を散見し、気分の良いものではなかった。 施設の優雅さ、空間の広さ、那須の自然、食事のクオリティの高さなど、大変良い面があるのに、全く台無しである。 敢えて小さな子供連れの客層を呼び込むコンセプトはいかがなものか。社会あるいは教育の問題とも思うが。"

"純和風のコテージといった雰囲気で、子どもの頃に住んでいた家を思い出しました。バリアフリーではなく高齢者向けではありません。1泊の利用でしたが、もう少し長く滞在した方がもっと堪能できたのではないかと思います。お近くの商店さんがもう少し遅くまで営業されていたらよかったなぁと、その点が残念なところです。スタ ッフさんの対応は満足です。"
