"You check in yourself, you really don’t deal with staff unless you need something..the rooms were clean and had the amenities needed, except iron which you need to check out at front desk. "Very nice space for family. Everything is available at the property with the view. Also, we enjoyed the hot spring and breakfast. It is too sad that we only enjoyed one time as I forgot I added the breakfast option. Definitely come back again if we want to go to the universal studio."
