Only Suggestion we would have is to offer a free coffee and tea station in lobby each morning. As this hotel was one of 6 we stayed at on our road trip from South Jersey to Maine and Back it was only one to not offer that. But would stay there again for sure"

"Hotel is not clean. Room is tired, rundown in ill repair ,cigarette holes in the sheets. Dusty were my allergies and asthma kicked up! Unsafe feeling as there are long-term temporary people residing in the hotel."
