"We have been to this resort a number of times. It's certainly the best for comfort and location. Everyone is very friendly. It's a shame there is no aircon in the lounge area of the villa, however it is provided in the bedroom. I can't recommend this resort enough."

"Excellent villa, well appointed and maintained. The 2 bed villa was perfect for our small family. Great location in a quiet, safe road and within easy walking distance of the picturesque marina, which has plenty of amenities, restaurants and things to do."

"The villa was spotlessly clean and well presented. It was ideal for the wife and I and this is our second visit. The pool is well heated and a pleasure to get into. Used it everyday. One small fault, the curtain in the main bedroom by the pool is too thin. A thicker curtain would be excellent. Other than that I recommend this villa. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carmen. As a group of 6 adults and 4 children the Villa provided us with all we needed. "Fantastic property, the host was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The outside area was perfect for the family to enjoy our celebrations. A car is advisable for shopping etc but there are some nice restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property. We cant thank the host enough for their help and hospitality."

"The house and pool were lovely. It was a 20 min walk to the nearest big shop for food, but we had a hire car so that didn't bother us. It was lovely and quiet with great views over to Fuerteventure. There was only air conditioning in the double rooms, but fans available in the others. The couple of minor issues we had while we were there were dealt with quickly and had a very friendly chat with the owner before we arrived to give us all the check in details which was lovely. "

"Just back from an incredible stay! Villa was spotless on arrival. Great communication with host. The amazing Jodie made accommodations for us to store luggage and return left property. The villa its self was everything we needed with a wonderful pool and great location to the water park and town Center which we walked to daily. Had a wonderful stay and we will back for sure!!!"

"Utopia is excellent, it's clean easy to find, easy check in and near all the Playa Flamingo facilities. The pool is perfect for the kids to play in and there was plenty of space for a family of 6 or more. If you rent a car then you can get to the beaches of Papagayo and all the other attractions Lanzarote has to offer but if you prefer to walk then Playa Flamingo is an easy walk away as are 2 of the water parks. We travel with our autistic son and this villa was perfect with surrounding walls...
