"UPON ARRIVAL YOU SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS PRIVATE RD. SO I TURNED AROUND AND LEFT. BACKED TRACKED AND LOOKED ELSEWHERE. AFTER 30 MINUTES OF GOING DOWN OTHER ROADS, I WENT BACK AND WENT BACK TO PRIVATE RD AND WENT PASSED SIGN. THEN I SEEN ANOTHER SIGN WITH THE ADDRESS AND IT WAS NOT VERY BIG. COULD NOT SEE IT FROM THE SIGN THAT SAID PRIVATE. NORMALY WHEN YOU SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS PRIVATE RD. YOU DON'T GO PAST IT. I SUGGEST A SIGN THAT SAYS HICKORY HIDEOUT."

"We had an incredible stay at this cabin. The cabin was immaculately clean, beautifully built, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. After a long day on the trails, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from Trail 3 at Wolf Pen Gap. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience while exploring the trails!"

"A lovely property off the beaten path. It is so relaxing and peaceful here. Clean, comfy, and has air conditioning. (Which is a must for me!) Comfortable bed and bedding. Clean and soft towels. Very little light pollution around so beautiful viewing of the stars. My husband and I also loved the covered porch/ patio. Including the area that is closed in, keeping bugs away! They have logs for the fire-pit and was a great place to relax and a quiet place for nice conversation. "

"Great Cabin, clean and freshly updated. Close to Mena but far enough to feel out of town. Great access to the National Forest. Will book again without a second thought."

"Cozy cottage nestled behind a beautiful historic mansion. Gardens are are lovingly cared for. Room is tidy and welcoming. Fresh cookies were a welcome site after long roadtrip. Drove into town —only about 2 miles— for dinner at a nice Italian restaurant. "

"Perfect size for the two of us. The tall stools with the dining set felt unsafe for us likely due to being seniors. Found sitting on the porch facing the woods very pleasant. it had a table we used as an alternative. Decorated very nicely throughout. Quite, peaceful, Many scenic drives nearby. Beds are big and comfortable. Endless number of bathroom linens and abundant toiletries."
