"Unfortunately, our stay at Xi’an Eastern Boutique Hotel was disappointing.
Our room was directly across from the guest laundry, and the washing machines were running until after 11pm each night, with guests regularly coming and going and slamming the washing machine and drier door. The advertised closing time was 10:30pm, but we had to call reception every night to ask them to actually close it. With early starts planned, this meant we got very little sleep.
The bathroom was also unpleasant,...

"The staff was over the top with helping me, especially Eva at the desk and Warren at the door. I hadn’t set up any local trips before I arrived but they took care of taxis and getting me an outstanding English guide (“Wang”) at the Terra Cotta Warriors excavation site. Unfortunately the laundry prices were a little high. I had a full load, 9 tee shirts for instance, with the associated clothing, not much else that cost over $100 to get done. The pool and restaurant are in another building,...

"Amazing location. An oasis of peace in busy city. Great breakfast! Easy to walk or taxi to locations in walled city or nearby. Use Didi for taxis for better rate, though they cannot pick up directly in the hotel campus. There are two other hotels plus conference centers on this enclosed historic square."

"We had a wonderful, amazing trip and we were so happy with this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, within easy reach of all the famous city landmarks, including the Bell Tower, and Muslim quarter.
The buffet breakfast was incredible, with really delicious food. Every member of staff was warm and friendly, and they surprised us with a couple of nice little gifts during our stay.

"I stayed at the Qianna Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Subway Station) and had a pleasant stay.
The location is unbeatable— a short walk to the Line 2 subway station (Zhonglou Station) and a walkable distance to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter.
The room features a Chinese-style design that feels both artistic and cozy. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained despite being right in the middle of the city.
The hotel provides breakfast which is a nice mix of Chinese options...

"The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and came with complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. His helpful advice saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable."
