"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. All the beds were broken in some way & extremely uncomfortable, no decent nights sleep were had by the 6 of us. 1 room had a burnt out extension lead. Dark coloured futon with...

"The rooms were clean and adequate but dimly lit that I had to use my phone light sometimes to see what I needed. Telephone communication was abysmal. Several phone calls were met with voice mail, 20-25 minute wait and no answer, No return of messages. Constantly asking for communication through messages. I finally found a phone number on WhatsApp that I was able to connect.
The staff were magnifisant and very helpful.
The hotel had a cafeteria for food, snacks, tea and coffee. Food was very...

"Check-in advertised at 3pm but the room isn’t ready at 3. Reception staff tries to gaslight saying they are not responsible for that, claiming it’s not guaranteed as it depends on the housekeeping? Like huh? In the messages with the hotel they clearly say check-in is available starting from 3, there is no room for misinterpretation. 3pm sharp the room must be ready.
Breakfast is not worth the money, disgusting coffee and the yogurt had green mold on it. Upon reporting to the breakfast person he...
