"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"This hotel is in serious need of an extensive make-over. The car park is difficult to access via an overgrown, narrow drive that is also overgrown. Kerbside appeal is poor and the entrance appears to be propped up by scaffolding! Disabled access is non-existent and not sure how the hotel managed to meet local authority safety requirements. "The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "It was well signposted from the station so easy to find and about 15 minute walk to the terminal. Very modern inside. The only issue we had was on the evening where they ran out of all lagers so it left a lot of guests disappointed. Food was delicious and not too expensive but I don’t like how they add the service charge to the bill. Some guests may not notice this and it should be our choice whether we want to tip or not."

"It was completely fine, just two issues: 1. I was told I had a runway view room, but the runway was on the other side of the building! 2. I didn't check in at a particularly busy time, but, even so, it took a very long time. Queue handling / staffing just didn't seem very effective - quite surprising as I'd stayed at Radisson hotels before and it was fine"
