"It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. "I have stayed here before and have been very happy with the hotel and staff. My flight was very early, before breakfast, so I can't comment about that but the bedroom is very clean and tidy with everything in it that you need. I will happily stay there again."
