  • Welcome to a prime location in the heart of Wyk auf Föhr and a vacation rental that offers all the benefits of a central yet quiet setting close to nature.
    The vacation apartment, featuring a south/east-facing balcony at Sandwall 60, apartment no. 1.2, is located one block from the sea and the beautiful Wyk beach promenade. The apartment measures approximately 50 square meters, divided into 3 rooms on the first floor of an apartment building. The bright and open rooms invite you to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
    In the cozy LIVING ROOM with DINING AREA and KITCHEN, you can relax on a corner couch (48 cm high) and wind down the evening in front of the large Smart TV.
    The KITCHENETTE, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, is perfect for cooking. The bathroom features a shower and toilet (non-slip and equipped with a grab bar) as well as a small washing machine. The BEDROOM is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a spacious built-in closet.
    The small bedroom is furnished with a single bed and also features a workspace.
    The entire apartment has laminate flooring. In the courtyard, there is a parking space (No. 15) assigned to the apartment, which is available for your use.
    Thanks to its central city location, the beach and the pedestrian zone are just a few meters away on foot.
    The apartment was completely renovated in 2024/25.
