"I booked through Hotels.com and had to change the days of my stay. I did it with the virtual assistant but that didn’t work out so great. When I arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have my reservation. I showed them my itinerary but they never got it. Good thing Mark was there. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and looked newly decorated, giving it a fresh and welcoming feel. The staff were all friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The pool was excellent and very clean, a great place to relax. "As non-gamblers, we can't comment on the gambling aspect, but the hotel and rooms themselves were clean and it offered more than your average hotel.
