"This house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 3 small children. We were pleasantly surprised at all the child proofing with baby gates and cabinet locks. The bonus room was a plus for the kids too. The Louisiana theme was so cute. The only thing that might have been better in the fenced in yard would have been to have had the grass cut. We did cook steaks on the grill, and a big bonus we got to watch ECU baseball on the porch tv. The open kitchen dining, living room area was perfect. "

"The pictures don’t do this house justice. It is HUGE, beautiful, and comfortable- a true home away from home. My 14 year old granddaughter already asked to go back for a longer vacation. It is halfway between Wilmington and Carolina Beach. It took about 15 mins to drive to Wrightsville. The neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely book another stay or two!"

The location is next to train tracks, but it wasn't an issue for us because we were awake so it didn't disturb us. Host was very responsive.
