"This place was perfect for what we needed. He had a slight hiccup with HVAC in our first room then lighting in the second but excellent customer service. Would book there again. "

"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel.
Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

"Perfect location. Amazing views from your own bench set and fire pit or the porch. Cabin was very clean with all mod cons - even USB charging points. Comfortable bed and the best shower I’ve even experienced on a campsite. Owner was polite, friendly and helpful. We booked an extra night and will definitely be staying again - next time with dog!"

"House was very clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of space for parking too. Had a fabulous weekend and the host was always perfectly responsive. Would definitely recommend this house for a fun family gathering "

"Fabulous stay at this cottage in picturesque scenery! Great and comfortable place with stunning views from the conservatory. Ideal spot for visits to St Andrews and the Fife region. Very kind hosts who supplied us with eggs, milk, cheese, bread, and even short bread. Definitely a recommendation!"
