"We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay."

"Great little, old quirky cottage in a pleasant village! Nice and warm, cosy cottage and a well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc to hand. All facilities including dish washer and washing machine if you need it. Host was responsive and helpful too. "We absolutely love Walnut Cottage. It is like a home from home, so cosy and comfortable. The owners and the caretaker are so lovely and helpful. The kitchen has everything we need. "Lovely old cottage and we had a great time. There are a few things guests should be aware of. We didn't realise the opening to the bedroom upstairs was only 4 feet 2 height until after booking. We managed but others might not especially if you need to get up in the night- bathroom is downstairs. As 2 guests have to sleep in the annexe 2 keys to the main front door should be provided rather than having to wait for people in main house to get up. Annexe needs a WiFi booster.
