"We were impressed with the cleanliness and the fact that the house was warm and comfortable.The crockery/cutlery were lovely quality and we were very pleased with all the extras such as handwash: toilet rolls:Washing up liquid: cooking oil/condiments etc.The sitting room was particularly cosy with the flame effect gas fire.All in all it is a great place to stay and couldn’t be moreconvenient for walking into town. Thank you"

"very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access local attractions and a fab pub a couple of miles away serving gorgeous food.star gazing was beautifulX we could see the milky way"

"The location is superb, very near the market and town centre but still quiet. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of storage space for clothes. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering. Excellent bathroom with superb shower. "Bevan's House is a superb stay in Mid Wales. Located in between Lhandridod Wells and Builth Wells, it's a nice getaway if you're looking for a rural quiet area.The ace card of the property is the all day heated hot tub (which has a roof over it to use in all weathers). "Beautiful little cottage, very cosy, with everything there that you needed to make it home from home. Spotlessly clean and in a great location to walk into Ludlow and explore the town. We knew the area well anyway but loved visiting many pubs, the brewery is an amazing place for a drink. Easy to get the train, we did and visited Hereford and Leominster, places we know well but nice to do it as a day out and stop for coffee or a beer without worrying about driving. "Really lovey place to stay if you just want peace and quiet, very basic and very romantic and secluded. Just hear in mind your only cooking appliances are a cooking hob. So any meals you plan on cooking must be cookable in a saucepan or frying pan. That being said the rose and crown in Michaelchurch."

"We had a great stay here for a few nights with the family over Easter. The barn is lovely and well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed including a big multi-oven cooker which made cooking for 6 people with varied dietary requirements very straightforward. The garden is lovely and we were lucky enough to catch some of the trees in full blossom. "What a wonderful house. Perfect for our family get together. We didn’t have plans to go exploring but wanted somewhere that would suit the family to stay over the weekend for overdue family time. The house and pool were perfect. Spacious enough for 3 couples and a child to not feel hemmed in, designed perfect for family meals and quiet time alike. Many memories made and hopefully a future visit! Will miss our daily pool and sauna time! Highly recommend. "
