"What a beautiful place: stunning views, family friendly walks, short walk to Woolacombe along the the coastal footpath (no roads) and the other stunning little beaches on the way ( especially loved the ari lankan restaurant at baricane beach. Host was lovely and the property has a new hot tub - heaven!"

"Insgesamt war dies unser vierter Besuch an diesem herrlichen Fleckchen Erde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, es gab kleine sprachliche Barrieren die wir aber gelöst haben. Man muss sagen, die Kommunikation fand auf deutsch! statt. Auf Englisch wäre es sicherlich einfacher gewesen. Leider ging das Internet am ersten Tag nicht. Der Vermieter hat sich aber sofort gekümmert und das Problem erledigt. Die Terrasse in einem nicht so gutem Zustand. Hier sollte am Ende der Saison dringend...

"Location très bien, parfaitement conforme à la description. Cependant, la rue supposée être calme, ne l'est pas du tout entre 22h et minuit, et les 2 nuits de notre séjour, il est passé (chrono en main) , une voiture roulant à fond toutes les 30 secondes pendant ces 2 heures (longues)....Par ailleurs, je n'ai pas bien compris à quoi sert le questionnaire de la conciergerie, puisque nous avions demandé que le canapé-lit du bas soit préparé, et en fait, nous avons dû le faire en arrivant..."

"Hidden down little side alley opposite the Chichester Arms is this charming apartment. Even a little House Martin nesting in the porch. Nicely decorated with lovely little arts and crafts around the place. We had a great stay with fantastic views to sit and ponder, while d3ciding which walk to do."

"We had the most wonderful, memorable stay. The location was great and we enjoyed many lovely local walks and activities. The cottage and farm were a total dream for the kids (and grown up) the trampoline was great fun, plus the swimming pool which was always just us 4 (and had lots of play things!) The kids loved feeding the chickens and quails and seeing the peacocks. The games room was well kitted out and great fun so plenty to do back at base on a wet day! "Opportunity to enjoy time with the whole family with each having their own nicely decorated room and en-suite. In general there seems to be a number of small maintenance issues needed in the property, such as the oven, radiator permanently on (solved by turning all the heating off). Loose door handles. Matt was extremely helpful and always available. It would be helpful to have additional tea towels and toilet rolls. The indoor swimming pool, bar room and table football were a huge success for...

"This is a fantastic house. It has spacious accommodation, ideal for our family group of 12. The hosts had thought of everything with lots of little extras such as toys and books for the children and bread, milk etc which made the house a very welcoming place. The kitchen was well-equipped and the kitchen/dining area an ideal space for socialising with us all able to sit round the table together. We loved being able to easily access the beach via the burrows."
