Situated on the picturesque border of Woolacombe and Mortehoe, 'Luino' exudes elegance and luxury. The property offers off-road parking and an EV charge point at the front, and a modern suntrap patio area with glass balustrade overlooking coastal and countryside vistas, leading to an extensive level garden at the rear. Hot tub hire is available upon request.

Interior Features

The light-filled, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is finished to an exceptional standard. Double patio doors open to the suntrap patio, creating a Mediterranean holiday ambiance. The area features an elegant tiled floor, a modern kitchen with a central island, and an exceptional leather corner sofa. The kitchen is well-equipped with
oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and induction hob set in the feature central island with a modern extractor.

The dining area, thoughtfully positioned alongside the kitchen, offers a spacious dining table and chairs for the whole family. The stylish and comfortable leather corner sofa is arranged to appreciate the vibrant views, complemented by a modern large smart TV.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: Located at the rear, this spacious room boasts elevated coastal and countryside views from the balcony accessed through double patio doors. Features include a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle, basin, W/C, and towel rails.
Bedroom Two: Upstairs, this spacious room with a feature king-size bed includes Velux windows for ample light, a hanging rail, and a dressing table. It also features an en-suite shower room with a shower, W/C, basin, and towel rails.

Leave Barnstaple on the A361 towards Braunton/Ilfracombe. Pass through Braunton approx (5 miles) and continue towards Ilfracombe until you reach Mullacott Cross roundabout (Approx 7 miles from Braunton). Turn left to Woolacombe.

Approx one half miles on a left hand bend- turn right - signposted Mortehoe (just before Fortescue pub) After turning right travel down Mortehoe Station Road take first turning on your left onto Headlands View Avenue, half way along on your right you will see Luino.

Amazing

Had a lovely week at Luino with the family and our dog. The spacious house was amazing, very well equipped and was the cleanest holiday home we have stayed in to date (and there have been many). Beds were very comfortable as was the huge corner sofa in the living area. Garden is massive and secure (for the dog) and finally the hot tub was a lovely extra option and a perfect way to end the day and watch the stars.
