"Place is cozy and charming with all the decorative items and furnishings. We enjoyed the back porch the most. Plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs.Water was great and was easy to get in and out from the dock's ladder. Easy and enjoyable drive from house to Guntersville."

"This was on our bucket list to do and it was great, the cabin was easy to get to, it was exactly bigger than what we expected. The rooms were very comfortable with the air conditioning, and the bed slept really good. It was convenient to the restaurants and shopping centers. The view was great. "

"The house on the lake was perfect for our family. It was a quiet area to just relax and play in the water. The private dock was a good area to fish off of, or to just jump in and float around. This is definitely a place we want to visit again. "

"First time staying in Alabama. We rent vacation houses many times per year and I can say our stay here was wonderful. It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! We lost power one night (the entire area, not a house issue). I messaged the host and received a response within minutes (at 9:30 pm). She called the power company and it was back on within 30 minutes. We also requested...

"It was great very comfortable. There were extra everything lots of blankets, everything thing you need in the kitchen. Lots of room we had two children and five adults. The view was beautiful the dock was great. The neighborhood made us feel safe and all the neighbors were very friendly"

"The kids loved the loft beds. The cabin was exceptionally clean and we loved the fire pit and bbq grill! The cabin had everything we could need. Fran was amazing to work with and very responsive to messages. Will definitely be back!! A"

"Our family had a great little stay. Victoria was super kind and very responsive. It’s a beautiful home! "

"Very nice neighborhood, private, quiet, great view off your deck. Roomy and comfortable. We were busy enjoying Guntersville and friends, so we didn't spend time in the room much. Our host invited us to use the dock to catch or try to catch some fish. Just enjoyed our time with friends and High Park Falls. At the end of the day, comfortable, quiet place to stay. Also made it to Muscle Shoals studio."

"The property was very easy to locate. Cabin was perfect for us & 2 grands, ages 7&10. They loved having their own space in the loft! The recreation center was a hit and a perfect place to be on the hot summer afternoons! This was their first time kayaking and they both loved it. The kayaks could have been in better shape though. Self serve store was convenient, as well as the hot tub area. Overall, I would highly recommend. Just be sure to screenshot your check-in information before you arrive....

"I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless. Air conditioner worked great .I would gladly rent here again in a heartbeat . thank you to the owners for providing such a fine property"

"We loved this place! We've stayed down the road before, but we were looking for a better dock - this was the winner! Amazing - all the nieces and nephew's loved it.A small housekeeping glitch upon arrival through no fault of their own, but the hosts more than took care of it.Neighbors are good as well and we'll definitely be back."
