"I had a fantastic 3 night stay and seemed to spend most of it watching the happenings on the water and enjoying the views of Dunedin city and the hills beyond from abundant windows. Appreciated the makings for breakfast in the fridge. Such a peaceful area to stay in, yet so close to Dunedin."

"It was a blessing staying here. The weather was marginal, however if you pop out on the deck, there are tuis, fantails, and black swans popping past. It's a great spot. Thanks."

"Really enjoyed the location. Was able to take long walks on the beach while still being close to Dunedin for access to its restaurants. House was large enough for multiple adults and had both washer and dryer which was convenient as this was a stop in a longer trip. We really appreciated the electronic keypad entry since we had people coming and going on different schedules. Would definitely stay hear again if I was ever in the area."
