"Beautiful house, wonderful location, host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We stayed for my son’s baseball tournament and we can’t wait to stay again! The house has everything you would need! "

"We are a local band out of Syracuse playing in downtown Buffalo for the night. We chose this home because we knew our cars would be packed with expensive gear and sitting over night-(off street parking in a safe neighborhood). Just as advertised, the house slept 6 adults very comfortably- beds were cozy after a late of playing, house is welcoming, well stocked and clean. Loved coffee on the back porch this morning. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Proximity to amenities was super convenient....

"Outside of the big vity but withing 25 minutes of so much to do. Owner very easy to work with, he even helped to gety jacket bavk to me after we left and forgot it!"

"Convenient location if you want to be in the heart of the village. Walkable to stores and restaurant. Clean and easy to check in and check out. Twin bunks were a little uncomfortable for older kids (teens) but bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Would definitely book again. "

"This was our second time staying at this property. It is such a cute rental and a stones throw away from the beach. Daniel is a super host and is available if needed. Out of the MANY trips that we have taken, this stay was the most relaxing ever!"

"Summertime girls weekend getaway to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville. We adored the little town and all there is to do in the area. The townhome is in a great location, close to everything. Host very responsive. Beautiful unit with all of the necessary amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space. The only drawback was no AC. "What a great place to stay in Hamburg! It’s close to everything and easy to get in and out of with our vehical. The inside is tidy and comfortable and it’s wonderful to have all the comforts of home for our stay! Couldn’t recommend more highly! Go Bills!"

"This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning.
