"Couldn't get into the property. Had to call and text. The screen door was locked. Finally got in.Every trash can in the place had trash in it when we arrived.The floors had been swept centrally but not in the corners.The front door was a joke. Has to be shut and locked to keep it closed. The blind on the door has broken slats so anyone walking on the porch can see in. There is a huge water stain on the ceiling of the second bedroom. "This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host."

"My sister and I shared the apartment for a short stay. The rooms were so cute and clean. The bathroom was adorable. As soon as we exited our room, a view of the outside garden area was availe with easy access to relax and sip on a glass of wine. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again.
