"A charming Gastropub hotel on the edge of Epping Forest conveniently located near Chingford overground station with direct links to Liverpool St. The hotel is a tudor style timber and white plaster building with stained glass windows amongst many other old world embellishments. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the restaurant a treat with exceedingly helpful and pleasant staff."

"The staff was so kind and helpful. For example, I’m American, so I didn’t understand why the switches weren’t working, so they explained the little card slot to me. They were also super kind and made me a pizza even though the kitchen was closed for dinner, since I got lost trying getting back in time. The breakfast was pretty good (i miss my pancakes lol), the room was clean, and it was very close by to a couple bus stations so not too far a walk. With the grocery store right behind it was easy...

"Location was good for my purpose. Shower had mould around the edge. Not paticularly clean. Bed wasn't comfortable. Pillows where thin. Late check in staff was grumpy. Room was super hot on a not paticularly warm day. Infact it had been raining. I had to take 2 lifts and a reasonable walk to get to my room."

"Our 2nd time staying at Brendan’s homely apartment on our trip from Belfast, everything you need is there essentially and the distance from the local shops a relatively short walk and even our Uber to Tottenham Stadium was only £10. 20 Wrampling Terrace is situated in an exceptionally quiet street which makes for a really peaceful nights sleep.. We will definitely be using again #COYS"

"Hotel was in a good location, tube only a 15 min walk and close to arenas. This was probably the only good thing about the hotel, which is a complete let down as the pictures made it look lovely. The beds were so uncomfortable and mattress stained with what looked to be blood. Beds were cheap and could have collapsed at any point! "Very pleasant journey, the property maintain well, and design is nice. Location is almost perfect. Environment is quiet and no noise during the whole stay. Will definitely come and stay next time."

"The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel could use some updating, and the mattress was extremely firm — basically like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom had a couple of spots that seemed overlooked during cleaning, though nothing major. There were plenty of transportation options nearby, making it easy to get into London city. Overall, you do get what you pay for."

"We wer upgraded to an apartment like room/ place which was big and had everything including washing machine and e big kitchen with everything in it to cook etc. The upgradding was a surprise as it came as my birthday - gift ! It was close to ABBA ARENA Will absolutely return...."

"Sehr gute Lage in einem riesigen modernen Einkaufszentrum mit sehr guter Anbindung, sehr gute Ausstattung der geräumigen Zimmer mit einem Küchenbereich zum Selberkochen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und gut, kein Schlangestehen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Einziges Manko in unserem Zimmer war die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage, auch die eine oder andere Fuge im Bad könnte neu verfugt werden."

"The property was accessible to transportation which was ideal for getting into London centre. It was also ideal getting to Heathrow. Staff were very helpful and always friendly including staff at breakfast. Having a mall nearby was also helpful."
