The Farmhouse at Partridge Lodge

This classic Suffolk beautiful Farmhouse has 4 main bedrooms , one has en-suite and there's a family bathroom upstairs, while downstairs has an extra single bedroom and separate shower room and toilet. There's a wonderful kitchen with optional AGA with all mod cons. There are two sitting rooms with wood burner and an open fire. Also a large garden with optional Hot Tub off of the utility room with toy shed and swings.

There is an optional Hot Tub off of the utility room, also a garden Sauna near our front pound. While upstairs you have 4 bedrooms (one is en-suite including a shower) and there is also a family bathroom with bath shower. Two of the bedrooms have 2 singles in each and two bedrooms have doubles (one is kingsize).

Downstairs theres a 5th bedroom with a single bed off the kitchen with a separate shower room and toilet. There's a dinning room off the kitchen overlooking the garden and two further sitting rooms in this beautiful holiday accommodation. Fantastic for entertaining where some families get together and love the atmosphere it provides.

Dog stay's have a minimum fee and can be booked as an optional extra.

On arrival there is a welcome book with notes and advice with plenty of history and suggestions for the local area.
