Grove Farm Bungalow and Annexe, Dallinghoo

Nestled in the tranquil village of Dallinghoo in Suffolk are these fabulous single-storey holiday homes with a heated indoor swimming pool. Perfectly suitable for groups of eight across two properties. Families and friends can enjoy everything that rural Suffolk has to offer with the heritage coastal towns and beaches only a 30-minute drive away.

The BUNGALOW
Entrance
The entrance hall is a bright space with a high vaulted ceiling, the living room to your left, the kitchen/dining room ahead of you and the bedrooms and shower rooms down the hall to the left. The stairs in the entrance hall are not for guest use. The cupboards in the entrance hall are filled with books and games for guests to enjoy, as well as a travel cot, high chair and other useful items.

Living Room
This wonderfully large room offers plenty of relaxed seating on two-seater and three-seater leather sofas. Wide windows with views of the front lawns help you relax and unwind with the huge flat screen Panasonic TV with Sky Sports for entertainment.

Kitchen / Dining Room
Designed with practicality and sociability in mind, the room features a U-shaped kitchen with all the modern integrated, appliances any cook could wish for including a double oven with grill, 4 ring induction hob with hood over, full-size dishwasher and a fridge with 3 drawer freezer. There's a microwave on the worktop and all the cooking pots, utensils, crockery and glassware you'll need.

In the dining space is a solid wood extendable dining table and 6 chairs for long lazy lunches or evening meals.

Glazed double doors open to let the country air in and lead to the paved patio space and a large window looks out to the rear lawn.

Utility and Shower Room
Along the hall towards the bedrooms is the utility room which has another external door leading to the drive, a washer/dryer and another sink with worktop space.

A door leads through the utility room to a wet room with a rain shower and WC. Bath and hand towels are provided but not pool towels.

King Bedroom
A well-proportioned room with a calming lilac theme to help you sleep peacefully. The king-size bed sits centrally between two side tables with lamps with the handsome dressing table opposite. The triple window looks out to the rear courtyard and lawn beyond and there's ample storage space in the wardrobes with shelves and hanging rail.

Twin Bedroom
Another charming bedroom with a window to the front aspect of the property. Adults or children will enjoy the two standard-size single beds with all the storage needed in the large chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes.

Second Wet Room
Situated between the bedrooms at the end of the hall is another wet room with a rain shower, WC and basin fitted into a useful vanity unit, providing lots of space for lotions and potions.

The ANNEXE
- The annexe has an open-plan sitting and dining area.
- Hallway leads to two King bedrooms and one bathroom with bath and shower
- The annexe also has its own terrace area

The Swimming Pool is shared with the owners although private use can be arranged
This incredible heated indoor swimming pool, 12m x 5m, depth 1.15m - 2.15m, open 8:30am -7pm) with changing and shower facilities.

Outside
There is parking for up to 3 cars on the gravel driveway. The large lawns feature a variety of fruit trees and are often left to grow wild to help the birds and bees.

To the rear of the property is a large patio with a wooden table with benches for alfresco dining. There is no BBQ but you are welcome to use disposable BBQs and then dispose of them responsibly.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the lawn space however it is not securely enclosed and there are a number of raised garden beds and sheds at the top.

Please note:
Guests are welcome to use the pool from 9.30am til 7pm.

Please note that the swimming pool is unsupervised and guests use the swimming pool facilities and swim at their own risk. The owners of Grove Farm Bungalow, its staff, and Stay In Suffolk accept no liability for injury, loss of life and/or property, damage or expense, including, without limitation, attorney's fees and cost of litigation, resulting from any and all swimming pool accidents or incidents occurring at the property during the period of the holiday/vacation let. Maintenance of the pool will be carried out prior to your check as required during your stay. Swimming Pools can be extremely dangerous for unsupervised children and teenagers, as well as adults swimming alone, therefore we require that the following TERMS OF USE are strictly adhered to:
TERMS OF USE: All children and teenagers, regardless of swimming ability, should be supervised at all times by an adult who can swim and is able to jump into the pool to assist a child in danger of drowning. Doors of the house that open to the pool area and garden/outdoors must be kept locked at all times when an adult is not present to supervise any children or teenagers in the garden Do not leave any toys in the pool when the pool is not in use. Toys are an invitation for children to explore an unattended pool. No running or jumping around the pool area is permitted. No glass items are allowed in or near the pool. It is expressly forbidden to jump into the pool from any balcony or decking areas. For sanitary purposes, we respectfully request that all children who are not fully potty-trained wear swim nappies. Please notify us of any potentially dangerous pool or garden conditions that may be present. Guests are advised to exercise extreme care at all times.

Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk. Please supervise children at all times.
The external doors in the pool are for emergency exit only and must be kept closed in order to maintain the correct humidity level.
Guests may be charged for any damage caused to the property or the swimming pool.
