"The rooms were spacious and came with a furnished kitchen. There was a separate room for the beds and they had a small dining area as well as a lounging area. The room we booked had a great view of Mt. Yotei as well! The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the center of Hirafu where a lot of the restaurants are located. The ski valet is on the second floor of the hotel and it is just a short walk to the King Gondola. You are able to ski right to the entrance to the ski valet of the hotel...

"Anupuri was 2 min drive or shuttle. Def the best slope for the family and the big boys. Staff was great super helpful. They emailed us regularly asking what we needed and what tours to book. Noa. Was super friendly and also Reese. Big bath tube. To soak in after the slopes. In house breakfast. Had good selection of cereals and hot eggs bacon toast and fruit... very quite and the views are amazing thanks agian def be going back"

"3bedroomの部屋に3泊滞在しましたが、チェックイン時からバスルームが下水の悪臭が酷かったです。何度も部屋にメンテナンスな方が来て、何かされていましたが、結局はまた悪臭が戻るという状況。他の部屋に移動を希望したところ、案内された部屋はどこもグレードダウンの部屋だったので、結局悪臭のバスルームは滞在中使用せずに我慢しました。五つ星ホテルの値段ですが、サービスは1つ星です。ガッカリな滞在でした。"

"The Setsumon was in an excellent location - easy to walk almost anywhere in Hirafu. The apartment was huge and quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was a lack of their own transportation around town. "

"Booked the deluxe room with private onsen. While having a private onsen was the best part of the room the rest of the room was subpar. The mattresses are very thin and are quite stiff making for restless nights, and the shower is outdated and could not adequately hold a single temperature at one time fluctuating throughout. The breakfast at the hotel is very minimal and last seating was at 9am which is the earliest I’ve seen at any hotel. It is understandable that most individuals will be trying...
