Lovely, accessible and pet-friendly cottage that is located within a 2-minute walk to the nearest (unpatrolled) beach, a 3-minute drive to the little blowhole, and a 5-minute drive to the big blowhole and the town centre.The place is modern, immaculate and very comfortable. Our hostess had thought of every detail we could have possibly needed-and more! The beds were comfy, the shower ran hot and strong, and we were able to log into our Netflix account on the one rainy day we experienced with no difficulty. They even made a small sewing kit available for emergency repairs.The only downside is that everyone will want to stay at the cottage now that we’ve sung its praises.
Kendall’s Beach Cottage is accessible for people using mobility aids and pet-friendly. Located a very short walk to Kendall’s Beach, and a few minutes’ drive to both blowholes and Kiama town centre, what’s not to love!

Did not see the host for the whole time we were there. When we arrived, it was evident the ants had nested in the lounge chair in the main room. upon inspection it was apparent that they were attracted by waste food that was under the lounge chair cushion. I sprayed them with insect spray. Also, there were a few cockroaches on the premises. Again insect spray got rid of them.

We could not see the beach but it was only a short walk and well worth it. We had a really comfortable time, every thing you could want at our fingertips, lovely bedding and comfortable lounge area.

All windows are key locked, sheer blind to let sun filter in rooms and another on top to blockout for privacy.Welcome booklet inside to explain about appliances etc.Parking right next to house off street,great set up for dogs and little ones security door and fences with gate. Clothes line out back for washing really this place is a home away from home highly impressed with this house and location would book again.Liz

Holiday in a Storm

Thank you Andrea for providing my family a safe haven. Whilst the outside elements were far from ideal my family and fur babies were safe from a big storm. The day we left Kiama the sun came out. We thoroughly enjoyed your Cottage, we read, played some board games that you provided us and we watched Netflix and chilled. We also cooked some lovely meals instead of going out in the wet weather, the cottage kitchen provided everything we needed. We would definitely come back again.

Amazing cottage in an amazing location. This was our 2nd stay and we would never stay anywhere else when visiting Kiama. Very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay and best of all it's pet friendly so our dogs can enjoy a holiday with us.

Fantastic clean cottage near the beach

Kendall Beach Cottage was absolutely perfect! We were staying in Kiama for a wedding and had my parents and 2 babies with us. The house was so clean, well equipped and located close to the beach and a playground. We loved waking up and going for a lovely walk along the beach situated across the road. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Kiama, and hope to stay again in the near future. Thank you for such a lovely stay!!

Awesome quiet location only minutes' walk from the beach

This little place has everything and everything works! Clean, tidy and comfortable. We were left a beautiful bottle of wine and chocolates. Our fur babies loved the outdoor area and were safe. Wonderful place to getaway too. Close to everything. The outdoor area was perfect for morning coffees, book reading and evening dinners with a wine. Thank you. We will absolutely be back again.
