"Perfekt geeignet für einen oder mehrere entspannte Tage und vor allem Abende. Top Lage für einen Spaziergang am Stadtweiher und für Ausflüge ins Alpenvorland. Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet, die Betten sind gemütlich und die Sauna ist sauber und funktioniert einwandfrei. Für den nächsten Aufenthalt in Leutkirch würde ich definitiv wiederkommen! Zu dritt war etwas Koordination nötig, hat aber gut funktioniert. Als Willkommensgruß stand Sekt und Bier aber auch frische Weidemilch im Kühlschrank bereit. "Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und großzügig. Florian ist ein sehr netter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und immer für einen netten Austausch da. Mit seinem guten Geschmack hat er die Wohnung so liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was gebraucht wird. Sogar ein Fahrrad um kurz in die Stadt zu fahren oder die Gegend zu erkunden. Super Lage, nicht weit ins Zentrum mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten und viele tolle Restaurants fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Cons: ... dass ich so schnell wieder abreisen...

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Kempten! Die Lage am Rathausplatz könnte nicht besser sein, super zentral und alles in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist völlig ausreichend, sehr sauber und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass sogar das Babybett und der Hochstuhl schon aufgebaut und perfekt im Schlafzimmer bzw. am Esstisch bereitgestellt waren. "Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung und Gastfreundschaft ebenfalls. Warum ich einen Stern weniger vergeben hab, ist die fehlende Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Bei schönem Wetter würde man gerne abends bei Kerzenschein und einem Glas Wein den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung rosenrot verfügt über keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Deswegen würde ich beim nächsten Mal eine der anderen Wohnungen mieten. Ich bin bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen."

Finding the parking spot was the only challenge - pull into the courtyard from the side street and pull into the spot between the buildings. There will be an apt door on your left, so leave room for that door to open."
