"The staff was mature and responsible. I left some things that were very important to me in the closet, I drove back to the hotel first thing the next day, and the first person I spoke with, knew exactly where they were and returned them to me in moments. "The MOST comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Grounds were beautiful and the hotel is in a great area. That staff were super friendly! The hotel was very clean as well. When in the Lansing area next, we will definitely stay again."

" i called hotel directly was quoted $100 more for the room so looked at Expedia and saved $100 Big concern is the bathroom is positioned at the foot of the beds and tv is way off where u cannot see it from the bed. This is a first in my seasoned travels. Imagine 2 am if bathroom is used the room is lite up and the sounds are intimate. "

"I love this hotel. Great staff! Pool and hit tub definitely need scrubbing and upgrading. If its a concern for you, deliveries are made to rooms, despite the tanke in lobby requesting they stay there. Staff was SO friendly and helpful! Clean, quiet, nice area very close to amenities "
