"Fantastic location! A 10 to 15 min walk into town, and central for many tourist sights of St Johns. The property manager was very accessible and gave us ideas for walking tours as well as places to go with our rental car. The place was very clean with all of the amenities. A very comfortable stay in St Johns. Highly recommend!"

"This is the main floor unit in a 2 unit building. There are people above you and you can hear them if you they are walking around. However, this did not bother me as I knew there would be people above us.The layout of the apartment is great. Kitchen when you walk in and bedroom and bathroom at the end of the unit. "We absolutely loved the place, it was nice and cozy and clean. We love staying in Petty Harbor anytime we come to Newfoundland and loved this little house and we hope for our next trip up we can stay here again. Only thing is the weather was so beautiful and we kept lugging the dining chairs outside, it would be lovely if there was some outdoor furniture so we could enjoy the view."

It was very convenient that they had items for young children as we were travelling with our 15 month old. We will definitely recommend this spot for anyone travelling to Newfoundland. "Our family including grand daughter stayed here for a week. It is very attractively decorated and we were all really comfortable. I was worried it might be a bit far from St Johns but it was easy to get back and forth. Unfortunately it was still to cold to use the patio which looks so inviting in the photos. We would stay here again. "

"Our stay at Harding House was wonderful. The place was clean and spacious. The location was great and we loved that a Tim Hortans was just down the street! Our property manager was informative, friendly, and quick to reply. It was very important to us that our stay be at a pet friendly rental, and this was perfect. "

"Awesome place with plenty of room. The amenities are nice and the indoor pool was an added plus. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and such. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Central location. The accommodation had everything needed, clean and well thought out. Hosts were great with communication and responded to questions immediately. After an exhausting day exploring we came back and it felt so comforting to be back. Would highly recommend. "
