"I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. "This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it."
