"The room was clean and well maintained. Staff were VERY helpful in helping us find a place to have dinner. Parking lot was well lit, clean, and easy to manuver."

I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. "

"Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event."

"The room was nice, very large, bed comfortable. The first staff we met was very nice. We were early so she said we’d have to pay an additional $25 to get into the room early. We were ok with that but she charged us $45. We went out to dinner and came back. The front desk person didn’t even look at us when we walked back through even though she didn’t appear to be busy. One of the reasons we picked your hotel was because you had a hot tub. It wasn’t working, very disappointing."
