Unit 11 - Stand Rock

Summary:
Fully renovated studio rooms including new flooring, paint, and furnishings! You will find a comfortable place to rest after a long day enjoying all Wisconsin Dells has to offer. This conveniently located motel provides access to anywhere in the Dells in 15 minutes or less. A great place for a weekend away with friends or family! Multiple units available at this property. Inquire for more information!

The Space:
Each unit is furnished with a queen, memory foam, bed, smart tv (including all streaming apps downloaded), refrigerator, microwave, dishes, paper products, soap essentials, coffee maker (drip coffee maker), first aid kit, and linens. Brand new LVP flooring through out for a sleek, modern feel!

Please note, maid service is not available and only starter supplies of paper products, soap essentials, and linens are provided. Pet friendly properties meaning all rooms pet friendly.

Guest Access:
Guests will access the unit on the patio by using a smart lock. Codes will be provided to guests 1 day before their stay. Each unit has a private entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Located directly across Trapper's Turn Golf Course and just up the road from Downtown Dells, this property offers peace and quiet while still being highly accessible to town.

Getting Around:
Numerous taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.

Other Things to Note:
Used to be called Fairview Motel and there is no manager onsite for the property. All access is done via smart locks on each private entrance. Parking is available onsite in the lot provided for one vehicle per unit. There will be light construction during the week as we update the property. Please note pets are welcomed at this property, but if your pet causes any disturbance you will be issued a verbal warning. If disturbance continues you will be asked to leave the property. Pet fees are in place because we do not have an additional cleaning fee for pet friendly stays. This fee covers our cleaning teams time for additional cleaning needed from our fury friends.

Guest is responsible to bring their own coffee - maker takes traditional coffee grounds and has a built in filter.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

This unit is professionally managed by Patriot Properties. Please communicate directly through your booking platforms messaging system. If necessary, call the main office line to contact management, after hours emergency information will be available at the main office number.

Great location for quick overnight stay. Very clean, large room. Full size fridge, unfortunately had a hum. Comfortable bed. Easy entrance from email info from host.

The property was clean, neat and stocked with everything we needed, including dishes, for the 3 day stay. That gave us the option to eat "at home" for some meals. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept on in a rented room! The area was quiet and a perfect distance from downtown Wisconsin Dells. What a perfect vacation stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was super clean and the bed, comfortable. The shower was fabulous. The host was really easy to get in touch with.

The unit was neat and clean inside but lacked what I would consider normal amenities, such as a place to hang your clothes, a blow dryer, iron. Coffee, hot chocolate or tea would certainly have been nice. The bed was against the wall so one person had to crawl across in order to get to the bathroom. We rearranged the furniture. The heater was super loud and alternated between hot and cold air.There was no restaurant directory. Outside there was a huge open dumpster right beside the stairs leading to our room. The drive around the buildings was derelict and full of potholes. There was old beat up furniture sitting in front of one unit. Across the road was a beat up trailer park. We drove around and checked out the other motels in the Dells and it was hands down the worst. The only thing good really was being able to sleep out of the elements and the price. Needless to say we found it on the internet and they only had one picture of the inside of the room.

The unit was small but worked for us. There were two things that made it not as nice as we’d hoped. first it smelled like smoke and the heater is very loud in such a small space. Otherwise it is close to everything and it worked well for us. If you will have someone sleeping on the couch, bring bedding!

It looks exactly like the pictures, actually better! Much bigger then expected! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on! The rest of our family was camping nearby and this was so close. It was quiet and clean! Owner responded quickly with any questions! We will definitely stay again! Thank you

Great communication with Chris. Very clean and quiet. Great location to everything. Neighbors had 2 dogs barking for 2 hrs in door 8. However, we tuned them out by keeping the air-conditioning on.

Close to downtown but without all the busyness. I feel like the room could have been cleaner, mainly the floor. There was a tortilla chip that was missed, just under the table and gnats all over the floor by air conditioner when we walked in. My husband had to "fix" the air conditioner to work better. Comfortable and fit our needs well. Good communication for check-in and information.

the stay was nice cant wait to see the final product of the stand rock as if get better with time my only problem wioth this unit as i rented 4 of them was the A.C. unit was older and was hard to work cause the knob was falling off but we made it work

We enjoyed our stay at Stand Rock. There was a nice view of the golf course across the street and there were lots of amenities and room in the studio space! A few things to be aware of - no paper towels, knives or ice cube trays but everything else was provided. I would highly recommend!
